C - TAAP was established under Alcohol Solutions, LLC in 1997 to provide state of the art research, education, training, technical assistance, consulting, and innovative program development to governments and non-governmental organizations with a singular goal: to help America's youth grow and live tobacco and alcohol free.
C - TAAP offers a variety of services for communities, youth, governmental entities, law enforcement, educational institutions, and other stakeholders including the Tobacco and Alcoholic Beverage industries.
To provide state of the art consulting services, education, and program development to local and state governmental entities and stakeholders relating to youth access to and use of beverage alcohol and tobacco products. To bring alcohol and tobacco access prevention expertise to governments and stakeholders nationwide.
Founded in 1997, the Center for Tobacco and Alcohol Access Prevention is dedicated to serving America's youth by helping to create an environment that is free from alcohol and tobacco influences and by creating innovative enforcement and retail oriented programs which reduce access thus empowering America's youth to live alcohol and tobacco free.
Youth and Alcohol Workshops, Cops in Shops Programs, School/Student Oriented Enforcement Programs, FDA/Synar Tobacco Enforcement, Law Enforcement Training: in-service, roll call, SRO training, identification fraud investigation, tobacco enforcement, youth DUI enforcement.
Development of a school based legal issues education program concerning alcohol and/ tobacco. Development of a comprehensive impaired driving education program. Establishment of student oriented anti-use activities and groups.
Community based alcohol and tobacco education programs. Operation A.L.E.R.T. Zero Tolerance programs. Development of community specific solutions through workshops or consultant services. Task force development and implementation.
